Bong water is a special kind of awful, especially stuff that’s of a more mature vintage.

But the real question is is there THC/CBD in it?

Possibly CBD, but unlikely any THC. Of course, I can’t speak to the laws in other countries (or even states in the US), but in California you cannot sell a beverage with both alcohol and THC. It has to do with regulations and such. Grocery stores and liquor stores can’t legally sell pot products, and dispensaries can’t legally sell alcohol products. Lagunitas Brewing actually makes some THC concoctions , but they are non-alcoholic.
With that said, it’s ( allegedly ) quite easy for a homebrewer to infuse a beer with the kind herb.

I’ve never had that one but I am a big fan of New Belgium’s Hemperor.

That’s very interesting, it makes a lot of sense legislation wise.
